Garden of Gold sells virtual digital pets and related digital goods ("Digital Goods") for use within the Roblox platform. All goods are intangible and delivered digitally. We are an independent seller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

3. User Accounts

You must have a valid Roblox account to receive Digital Goods. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for any activity under your account. 4. Digital Goods & Delivery

All products are virtual digital pets and items delivered through Roblox Delivery occurs directly to your Roblox account upon confirmed payment Most deliveries are completed immediately or within 24 hours You are responsible for providing your correct Roblox username Digital Goods are non-transferable once delivered, except as permitted by Roblox

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Engage in fraud or misrepresent your identity Initiate chargebacks after receiving Digital Goods Resell Digital Goods in violation of Roblox's Terms of Service Use our services for any unlawful purpose Harass or threaten our staff or other customers

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, and descriptions, is the property of Ryalis LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written consent. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our site or the Roblox platform. 8. Limitation of Liability
